Restaurant Just Says No To Children Under 6 →
The owner said he won’t make exceptions with the new rule…. Nothing wrong with babies, but the fact is you can’t control their volume… There may be restaurants that prefer to cater to such things. Not here.”
I wish more places were like this. And I wish there were no-kids flights. Not only are they shrill, but small children are also sticky, smelly, and not all that smart.
Yeah, my biggest gripe with the Park Slope area are all the bars allowing small children. Wasn’t there a pre-hipster-parent/post-my-childhood time when drinking heavily around kids was frowned upon or some shit?
This works, though, if places would be kind enough to boot people with unruly kids out of places, kids in restaurants wouldn’t be much of an issue.
Now…where’s the move theater that doesn’t allow kids?
